1. Return and Refund Policy

At Verity Nutrition, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the original packaging

• Unused and unopened

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at veritynutrition14@gmail.com with proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving the order. Exchange or replacement will be delivered within 5-7 days

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
